Pleasure Craft Operators Cards You can now take your Pleasure Craft Operators card evaluation online by visiting: http://www.theoperatorcard.ca If you have taken and passed the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron course, you will receive credit for that and do not need to take the test mentioned above to obtain your operator card.
